Giza Plateau and the Grand Egyptian Museum
The Pyramids, the Sphinx, and then the new Grand Egyptian Museum. The day Egypt is most associated with, told properly, in the order it actually makes sense to see.
I am Yomna. I am an archaeologist, a licensed tour guide, and a storyteller from Cairo. I take small groups, couples, families, and solo travelers through Egypt the way a friend who happens to be an Egyptologist would.
I grew up in Egypt. I studied archaeology because I genuinely wanted to know how this country became this country: the gods, the dynasties, the trade routes, the everyday people behind the monuments.
I am currently completing a master's in maritime archaeology, which is a specialism most guides do not have. It changes the way I read a site. The Pyramids are not just a wonder. They are a logistics achievement. The Egyptian Museum is not just a collection. It is a story you can walk through, if someone is there to tell it.
My tours are private and small. I work with couples, families, solo travelers, and anyone curious enough to want more than the standard route. I do the planning, the transport, the entry tickets, the language, and most importantly the storytelling. You bring the questions.

Coptic Cairo, Islamic Cairo, the Citadel of Saladin, and the souk. The city's layered religious and trading history, walked slowly with stops for mint tea and good photos.
A half-day deep dive into the original Egyptian Museum collection. For travelers who want to focus on objects, mummies, and the stories the artifacts hold.
The Mediterranean side of Egypt. Catacombs, the Library, Pompey's Pillar, fresh seafood by the sea. A welcome change of pace and a different chapter of Egyptian history.
Multi-day journey south to the Aswan High Dam, the Temple of Philae, Abu Simbel, and the Nubian Museum. Egypt's other story, the one most tourists never hear told properly.
Tell me what you've already seen, what you want to understand, and how you like to travel. I'll design a day around it. Solo female travelers, families with young kids, and returning visitors especially welcome.
Real days with real travelers, from the Giza Plateau to the back tables of Cairo's best koshari houses. This is what a day together actually looks like.
